The fact that Arizona has established a anti-discrimination law is a form of institutional racism, and a bigotry ideology by the governing body of nonpartisan Arizona representatives who our suppose to represent the people of that state regardless of ethnicity.
By reading on different subjects and cases that represent violations that effect laws the 14 Amendment of the Constitution has a portion called the equal protection clause, which protects a person from racial discrimination. as well as the equal rights amendment. The fact that the use of racial profiling is being used by the State of Arizona to target Hispanic or Latino based on seeing if they have documentation for being in the United States. For years it has been denied that racial profiling has not been used by police.Such as the Rodney King Case that sparked the Los Angeles Riots in 1992.
