I was just out on the web looking for a new blog post when I cam across this website. This site is geared towards getting more women involved in the Justice System, especially in cases that deal with rape, domestic violence and child abuse. The majority of jobs that are involved in the entire Justice System are occupied by men. This website mainly focuses on talking about females and minorities and how they need to be incorporated more in law enforcement agencies. I think it is important for everyone to realize the inequality for women and minorities when it comes to the Justice System.
