According to Dr. Paul Ekman, "a very small percentage of people (less than 1%) are natural lie detectors who can detect microexpressions and lies without being trained...." A woman, called "Eye's for Lies" is one of those 1% of people who can detect whether or not a person is lying.

This reminds me of a show I watched on fox called "Lie To Me". This show is about a detective that is a human lie detector. He can tell if people are lying by their facial expressions, the way they sound when they talk, and a bunch of other ways. I thought this was really cool because I've always thought I could detect if someone was lying to me but I've come to realize that im really not. lol

This is a really interesting website. I was reading her blog about if you can tell if someone is lying by looking only at their eyes. I always thought the eyes were one of things that people looked at most to tell if someone was lying. From her point of view, you can't really tell if someone is lying by looking at their eyes. They can be looking away for many different reasons such as nervousness, boardom, or just when they are trying to remember something. I think it is really cool that some people can really tell when someone is lying just by their facial movements. I think all of these people that have special "powers" should go into interrogation jobs or something that has to do with crime so we can learn who is lying and who is telling the truth. Then we could keep people out of jail that are wrongfully convicted.
