What is driving these behaviors?

I can honestly say I have no idea what drove them to behave that way. Amusement? To see how people would react? Hard telling, but it sure seemed like they truly enjoyed doing it. I like the last 3 seconds when what appeared to be the ring leader was saying how "powerful" that was.

I believe there are many reasons that could have driven these people to do these things. They could have been doing it to help coworker moral and bonding. Their jobs could be very boring and sometimes they just need to step out of their boring routine and mindset. The video was entertaining. They possibly could have done it to make other family members or friends enjoy a few laughs. For whatever reason they decided to do this, I believe they achieved the positive outcome they were trying to achieve.
