I think it's kinda funny that we have this idea, or schema to put it cognitively, of this super elite group called the geniuses. We are kind of trained as americans to idolize american heros like Edison and Kurt Vonnegut's father. But even today we have this idealism of the "smart people." They invent things we love but don't understand, they make our ipods small, and they are like mythological figures to us.
