Recently in Escape/Avoidance Category

This is a very upsetting and aversive video. It really isn't clear what their larger goal is, however the adults are all yelling at the boy at once. Apparently they want him to tell someone present that he loves them. How does this relate to what we have been learning in class about behavior modification? For example is this punishment or reinforcement?
