I also have to agree that there is most likely many antecedents that have can occur there. Bad order, didn't get correct order, food was cold, and alcohol consumption. Any of these antecedents could have lead the the behavior. The behavior in this case it the riot and the blowing up reaction of the lady. She started throwing the food and screaming at the cashier.
