What are the producers of this video trying to do? What is the target behavior? How would a behaviorist describe what is going on here? Do you think it is effective?

I believe the producers of this video were trying to tell us that we think we're eating healthy until we use dressing, butter, and sugary treats in cereal to take of of the healthy aspects away. The target behavior that this video was directed toward was unhealthy eating. I'm sure they would be more specific than that, but that is the general behavior. They wanted to show people how they are emitting unhealthy eating behaviors, which are elicited by TV dinners and sugary cereal ads. Just because they say something may be good for you, they add more aversive aspects to it to make it unhealthy, without you even knowing. I think this video might be somewhat effective for some people because it is showing us foods that we might normally eat (i.e. TV dinners) and we are able to see firsthand how they are made unhealthy for us. I think it might be helpful to add some sort of positive reinforcer, such as a more healthy choice for people.
